Returns Policy
Once you email our customer service team, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to send the product back to us.
Please Note, to Receive Credit for the Merchandise:
Shipping damage, discrepancies, or order errors must be reported to service@ordertree.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. If possible, inspect your shipment for discrepancies or damages prior to accepting them from designated carriers. Failure to properly notify us of shipping damage or discrepancies may result in the return request being denied.
- Returned items must be in new and resalable condition & in the original package. Any item that is not in new or resalable condition will be scrapped & no credit will be issued.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any RMA submission.
- Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
- Item must be received back within two weeks of customer receiving return label.
- Please allow 7-10 days for processing your credit once your return shipment is received.

Batteries
Charging Units

Parts Without Proper Identification
Parts Not Originally Purchased From Ordertree
Special Orders And Manufacturer Direct Delivery Shipments
Non-Stock Items
Parts With Oil, Dirt, Grease, Or Any Stains On Packaging
Wheeled / Whole Goods And Attachments
Ripped, Torn, Or Damaged Boxes, Containers, Clam Shells, Or Bags
Belts Not In Original Sleeve Or Showing Any Wear Or Tear
Blades Showing Any Use, Have Been Installed, Or Rusted
Paint, Oil, Liquids, Literature And Or Manuals, Or Any Parts Identified As “NR” (Not Returnable) Or “NLA” (No Longer Available)
Gasket Sets, Seals, Rubber Products, Or Products With A Cost Of < $5
