Hello from sunny Antigua!

Just wanted to pass along a little story about your amazing product, the ranger freeplay wind-up radio. I always thought it was an ecologically sound product, enabling us to use no electricity AND harness the sun's rays, but who knew they are also waterproof?

A gust of wind knocked the radio into my water-filled kitchen sink. It must have been submerged for a least 30 minutes when my husband found it. All was lost we thought. But I didn't give up. A few days later I thought I'd see if it was dry enough to work - and it did!

I ordered a much needed lawn mower part from your company on May 14. I was very surprised to receive it in under a week (Thursday)!. It took over a dozen local and web stores to find one that had a part for a 30 year old J.C Penny mower (made by Toro I believe). It fit perfectly. I recently ordered an Agri-Fab 400-Pound Hitch Lawn Roller #45-0268. I ordered it last Friday, July 20, 2007. I received it on Monday, July 23, 2007, via standard delivery, not expedited delivery. Everything was in the box, in good condition.

We moved across the country a few weeks ago and found that our 10-year-old lawn mower was in need of a grass-catching bag. You guys popped up on a Google search by the mower's model number, you had a grass-catching bag, and your price matched anything I saw elsewhere. I placed the order...and it arrived in about four days! I think it was Tuesday that I placed the order. I certainly didn't expect it to show up so quickly!

Just wanted to let you know how pleasantly surprised I was by your service.

Last Saturday I broke the clutch cable on my MTD tiller while getting the garden ready for planting.
