Shipping Policy
Generally, all orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day or next business day. You should receive delivery of most in-stock orders within 3-5 business days in the continental United States. Shipments for items not in stock are generally filled within 10-14 business days subject to availability from the manufacturer.
Shipping and Handling Charges
We utilize DHL, UPS and Priority or First Class Mail for domestic ground shipments. Our shipping & handling charges are as follows:

$20.00-$49.99 - $8.99
$50.00-$99.99 - $9.99
Over $100.00 – 15% of the Order Value
Note: Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping fees. Contact us at service@ordertree.com for exact shipping charges.
If you are receiving your order at a business address please include the business name on the second address line provided.
Expedited Shipping
Next Day Air or Second Day Air services are available to most locations in the United States for an additional charge. Please contact us at 1-877-500-7499 or by e-mail at service@ordertree.com for price & availability in your area.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
OrderTree.com can ship to P.O. Boxes only when using Priority Mail service or First Class Mail service. A street address is always preferred.
Note: Orders are not delivered to P.O. Boxes on Government holidays. They will be delivered the next business day. Government holidays include: New Year’s Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Birthday of George Washington, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
International Shipments
We are able to ship to international destinations. Duties and Customs will be the responsibility of the recipient/consumer upon receipt of the order. Please contact us via e-mail at service@ordertree.com for exact shipping charges to your location.
Damaged Shipments
All orders which arrive in broken or damaged boxes should be noted with the delivery driver if possible. Contact a customer service representative at 1-877-500-7499 for information about receiving a replacement if your order is damaged or missing parts. All claims must be made with Ordertree within 10 days of receipt of your order. |
